First-Time Job Seekers (Fee Waiver)

For first-time job seekers in the Philippines, the Government offers some special relaxations to them. So that they can easily apply for it, under Republic Act 11261, Filipinos who are applying for a job for the first time will get a free NBI clearance certificate.
